The average outdoor wet bulb temperature in the cooling season is selected as the zoning index for evaluating the energy efficiency ratio of refrigeration room systems based on the building thermal zoning index and the outdoor wet bulb temperature distribution. A number of calculation models of the energy efficiency ratio of refrigeration room systems are constructed for 270 meteorological stations in 5 thermal zones, using 4 graded energy efficiency ratio cold source systems. The results show that the energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration room system increases with the decrease of average outdoor wet bulb temperature in the cooling season, and the maximum relative difference of the energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration room system in the same thermal zone is 14.5%. In order to make the evaluation of the energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration room system more reasonable and fair, using the average outdoor wet bulb temperature in the cooling season as the zoning index, and control ling the up-to-standard deviation rate of the energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration room system in each building thermal zone and that in each sub-region within 10% as the principle, this study divides the energy efficiency ratio sub-region of the refrigeration room system, and obtains the evaluation zoning of the energy efficiency ratio of the high-efficiency refrigeration room system. The grading evaluation standard of the energy efficiency ratio of the high-efficiency refrigeration room system is obtained by comprehensively considering the evaluation zoning of energy efficiency ratio and the difference of economic level in different regions.
